## Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. You can cancel from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

## What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Odero, our secure payment provider. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

## Are tours available in multiple languages?
