2. Bookings and confirmation

• A booking is a request to reserve places on an Experience for a specific date and, where applicable, time slot.
• Your booking is confirmed only when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation with a booking reference and ticket. Until then, places are held temporarily and may be released.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (participant count, contact email, phone, and any requirements). We are not liable for problems caused by incorrect information you supply.
• You may book as a guest (using only an email address) or with an account. Guest bookings are linked to the email you provide, and appear in your history if you later sign in with that email.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each Experience page and may be displayed in your selected currency. Amounts are charged in the currency confirmed at checkout.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider, Odero. We do not store your full card details; only limited information (such as the last four digits) may be retained for your records and support.
• We are not currently registered for VAT; prices are not shown with a VAT component. Where any tax applies, it is included in the price shown.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or a reserved place expires before payment completes, the booking is not confirmed.

4. Changes and cancellations by you

• Each Experience may have its own cancellation and refund policy, shown before you book. Where a specific policy applies, it takes precedence over the general rule below.
• Where no specific policy is stated, cancellations may be eligible for a refund if requested a reasonable time before the Experience start; late cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method via Odero and may take several business days to appear. Partial refunds may apply where only part of a booking is cancelled.
• To cancel or request a refund, use your account dashboard or contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference.

5. Changes and cancellations by us

• Occasionally we may change, reschedule, or cancel an Experience — for example due to weather, safety, insufficient participants, or events beyond our control.
• If we cancel an Experience, you may choose a suitable alternative or a full refund of amounts paid for that Experience. We are not liable for incidental costs (such as travel or accommodation) you arranged separately.

6. Gift cards and vouchers

• Gift cards and promotional codes are subject to their own terms (value, expiry, and any restrictions), shown at the time of purchase or issue.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are used against eligible bookings until their balance is exhausted or they expire.

7. Participation, safety, and your responsibilities

• You must arrive at the stated meeting point on time and present a valid ticket (including any QR code) for check-in. Missed check-in may be treated as a no-show.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are fit to take part and for disclosing any relevant health, mobility, or accessibility needs in advance so we can advise whether an Experience is suitable.
• You must follow the reasonable instructions of guides and operators. We may refuse or end participation, without refund, where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or seriously disruptive.
• Some Experiences have minimum ages or other eligibility requirements, shown on the Experience page.

8. Custom and private arrangements

• We may offer custom or private group arrangements agreed directly with you. These may be subject to separate quotes, payment terms, and cancellation conditions communicated to you at the time of arrangement.

9. Reviews and user content

• You may submit reviews and other content. You are responsible for what you submit; it must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe anyone's rights.
• By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it in connection with the Experience and our services. We may moderate or remove content.

• We provide the website and Experiences with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
• Where we are liable, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where the law requires otherwise.
